This dentist is great but the front desk needs a lot of work on customer service! They think they know more than you and make changes to your scheduled appointment for example I had an appointment for 1 1/2 hours to do a crown. I than had a broken tooth and another tooth with nerve pain. Lots of pain! When I called the office to set up another appointment asap. She told me that there were no more appointments but I just would have to wait until my upcoming appointment.

She asked me “How do you know that it’s nerve pain?” Now if you have ever had nerve pain you never forget it. I’m 63 years old and have lived enough life to know. When I finally got to my appointment expecting an hour and a half with the dentist I found out that she had changed my appointment to 30 minutes as an emergency. So no fixing of anything.

I can’t eat food unless it’s liquid or mushy because I have a broken tooth on one side that needs a crown and hurts while the other side has an exposed nerve that constantly hurts! I’m in pain and she gave me a month later. Are you kidding me a month like this. If this dentist can’t do it in a timely fashion then I should be referred to another dentist!!!! I hurt!!!!!
