Dr. Rose is the greatest! And has the patience and knowledge to work with kids with special needs. My 11 years old is in the autism spectrum, and struggles to tolerate teeth cleaning. However, with the help of Dr. Rose, he has been improving his level of tolerance on each visit.

Great dental cleaning by Lily. She was so incredibly nice and personable and my teen loved her. We also saw Dr. Sybil today and she was excellent as well and really took the time to review everything with us. Looking forward to seeing them again next visit.

I am extremely disappointed in my recent interactions at this practice. Both my kids had been long standing patients here and we were happy with the service. At first, we did not have dental insurance and would pay everything out of pocket. We recently got dental insurance and the office staff was not forthcoming with the fact that they are out of network with our insurance and wanted to charge me 300 for a check up and cleaning.

I had already taken my older son to a different practice because I felt what I was being charged was too much and his checkup and cleaning were completely covered. I've seen on other reviews that they rely on the financial policy that I guess they have us sign when first joining the practice stating that they are only in network with Delta. However, I had been a patient for years at the point of acquiring insurance. I find it quite misleading on their part not to state that right away when I presented them my insurance card.

My interactions with the doctor's were always great and my kids felt comfortable. It's a shame that the experience was soured due to lack of transparency in billing.
