I like Dr. Hickman, I really do, but I had to walk out on my last visit because I sat in the chair for 2 hours waiting for him, and today I've been in the waiting room for more than an hour and a half to be seen. Today, I made sure to get the first appointment of the day. Yet, here I sit. Today was the polar opposite of the previous post. I called with a problem.

They asked me how quickly I could get down there. In 10 minutes, I was in the waiting room. 30 minutes later, I was in the chair. 30 minutes after that, I was walking out with a replacement filling.

My appointment was at 1:30pm. I arrived 20 mins early. In 15 more minutes it will be a whole hour in the waiting room, when I was here 20 mins earlier than my appointment. The last visit the wait was almost 2 hours just in the waiting room. I spoke to 2 different receptionist who just kept saying to wait.

SHELIA the receptionist did not care at all that I was there on time and Sally the office manager was no good at all. Their suggestion was that ir would be another 45 minutes, and I would have to wait or reschedule until the next available appointment, which would be at the end of August. 2 WHOLE MONTHS to get this painful tooth pulled all because they're unprofessional and disorganized. After already waiting MONTHS to get this appointment. ALSO: Paid a co-pay to be seen and WAS NOT GIVEN THIS BACK.

!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I pray nobody else has to go through what I went through today. Definitely changing dentist. The wait time is hours long, even if you arrive EARLY!! If you have other dental options, please take them because this was such a terrible experience. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
