Thankful and grateful for a great appointment with Dr. Burns and Kristina. It has been a long time since I've been for a cleaning so I was really nervous. Kristina was very patient and kind. She explained everything to me and gave me helpful pointers for flossing and brushing my teeth. Dr.

Burns explained everything to me, as well. He was very informative and extremely kind. Highly recommend them both!! And I am so thankful for the Christian music being played! It helped calm my fears and gave me peace. Ironically the song playing when Kristina started cleaning was No Fear by Jon Reddick. So appropriate for me at that moment!!!

Excellent team of professionals. I had gone to the same dentist for 40+ years, but moved and had to establish a new dental home. I can truly say that Dr. Chris Karshner is excellent. I recently visited and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and made sure all my paperwork was handled efficiently. The office itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Burns was thorough in explaining the procedure and answered all my questions with patience.

I really appreciated how he took the time to ensure I understood every step and what to expect. What really stood out was the excellent communication throughout the entire visit. I felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental office. I had a great experience today during my first visit to Ludgate Family Dental. Dr. Burns exceeded expectations. He was very professional yet friendly, personable and informative. He took time to understand any concerns I had, and he demonstrated care and courtesy.

Melanie, Dental Hygenist, was also very friendly and helpful. She performed my cleaning and was extremely gentle with the process. I was definitely satisfied with my first visit and would recommend Ludgate Family Dental and Dr Burns if you’re looking for a dentist.
