8 months since my last review and my third office visit since then. My initial review talked about the extended wait time I experienced. This review will speak to the short wait time and the excellent service I received from my hygienist Brittany/Brittney! I was greeted upon entering and within 5 mins I was escorted to the back.

After getting a deep cleaning from Brittany/Brittney, the front desk associate was very helpful with checking out and accommodating my needs for my next appointment.

My visit was 6/18/25 and when I tell you this is so unorganized and unprofessional. It's like going to the worst ER hospital in the city ! But yet you suppose to have a appointment at 10:30 but you be seen until 1pm. Conveniency and supporting our own is not always the best choice! 🤷🏾‍♂️

Your time is never respected. They make you wait over an hour to be seen. When you share a concern about your dental health the dentist dismisses it. I’ve been through many iterations of staff at this dentistry and this by far is the worst. Reception and hygienists are kind and professional. They are the reason I’m even giving 1 star.

I stopped going to Elegance in Dentistry over a year now. After she changed her staff the quality of care and respect changed drastically. From the moment you walked in you felt like family. They knew who you were what you’re in for. There was no confusion. I left because they put a crown in my mouth that should have been made over on them. It was November and I had a crown placed ,but for whatever reason it was temporarily attached. I was supposed to go back and have it permanently attached. When I got there they were unable to remove the crown with the temporary bonding and told me to go home and when and if it comes out give them a call. Well when I was eating the crown came off as I was chewing. Well as I mentioned it was in November the crown came out the week of Thanksgiving.

so needless to say there were no appointments available so I had to walk around with this gross half shaved tooth in my mouth. Because the crown came out while I was eating the top edge of the crown the part that supposed to go under my gum got chipped. I drew their attention to it and they told me that there is nothing that they can do about it. They said that I would have to pay for it out of pocket because insurance wouldn’t cover the same crown again. I don’t feel the insurance or I should have to pay for it. This should be on them. But no they just put it in my mouth like that . It’s doing more harm than good. The top is exposed so food is getting under the crown so lord knows what I’m going to be in for. As a doctor a dentist you should never put something like that a patient’s mouth. That is just unacceptable not to mention that it’s in the front of my mouth.

In my smile zone so I’m always conscious about it is there food stuck in it . Your bottom line can’t just be about money. All these offices and the quality of care is minimal. I spend tons of money in your offices. Myself and my 2 children had braces at your orthodontic office and we came to your dentist office my kids still goes there because I haven’t found a new dentist office home yet still searching for the perfect fit. What they did with my crown is wrong in every way. They left me in a situation where I would be worst of in the end and costing me more. Dr. Hodges you have to do better.
