It took 2. 25 hours for my sons’ dental appointments. The front desk staff had opinionated side conversations during this time about politics that everyone in the waiting room could hear. When I went up to ask a question I stood unnoticed while they finished their conversation. There were not enough seats in the waiting room. We waited for an hour before they even went in to start treatment. The floors of the treatment area were dirty.

I could have tolerated all of that, chalking it up to an extra busy day. But the deal breaker for me was that the tech did not use proper medical hygiene. She entered the area with bare hands, opened all of the sterile packaging, touching all of the parts of the instrument that go in the mouth and THEN put gloves on. The only good thing was that the dentist was polite and professional. I will not return to this facility.

It was absolutely awesome. The Dentist, Dr. A. is really sharp, kind, efficient, professional, and thorough, complete with regard to every detail. I am blessed to have such an intelligent, caring Dentist. The Hygienist or Assistant, Amanda is great as well. The Front Desks folks are so kind and work like a well-oiled machine that enhance my visit. I salute and thank-you all. Martin Lafferty

I FINALLY found my new dental practice that is AMAZING!! My previous dental practice (NOT RECOMMENDED, West side dental) was taken over by a new dentist. I have never in my life had such an absolute uncaring, pretty much lazy dentist who, in turn let my teeth go. Elite Dental immediately took action and are in process of taking care of the many issues going on with my teeth that were just let go. The wonderful dentist said "We'll get your smile back" And as if today the work on my mouth has begun. All the fixings that were completely neglected by this previous,. . . .

Reenie Panzini

Took my adult autistic daughter for a first visit and the staff couldn't be nicer. The dentist was really great, she explained everything to us and was very gentle with my daughter and came up with a good treatment plan. Highly recommend.
