I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to getting any dental work done and the entire staff at Smile Designs is absolutely so kind and understanding. Dr Nickens never hurries anything or puts any pressure on you. He explains everything and takes time with each and every person.

You can tell that these individuals at this office love what they do, but also love the patients that come to their office.

We have been patients for the past 12 years (at least) after I was squeezed in for an emergency visit once and won't go anywhere else. My kids (9 and 8 years old) absolutely love Dr. Nickens and enjoy going to the dentist even after my oldest fell and had to have 2 teeth removed when he was 4 years old. I reccomend Smile Designs every chance I get.

Dr. Nickens and staff has been a god send to me for my Dental issues since the last place cost me a few teeth after botched root canals not to mention lots of pain and agony . Could not be more thankful for his expertise and services . When he retires I will be getting false teeth 😎
