DISCRIMINATION!!!!!Absolute worst service. The office manager at the front desk refused me service although they accepted my insurance… but because i previously had Aetna they denied me. I called the regional manager, but I’m sure the lady at the front desk had already explained to her not to listen to my complaints because she sounded like a parrot repeating everything the lady at the front desk said. She also stated that I might try and commit fraud because trying to reactivate my old insurance which makes me feel like she was discriminating a me because I’m black.

. like who would do something like that??? So if you’ve ever had to change insurance DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL DENY YOU!. I will be calling corporate

It was my first time! Everyone was friendly, the office is VERY CLEAN! . The x-ray tech was very patient with me since I have bad reflux. The dental hygienist was AMAZING. The Doctor was super nice and caring. Loved it here! 💗 5 stars!

Total incompetence… I was told on the phone that my insurance was in network and given an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was made to fill out a digital medical history for an hour past my appointment time (this could have been done before the appointment had I been told of it.

) Only after 2 hours of driving and having them side line me in the wait room, did they inform me that they only then checked my insurance and it was not in network… Waste of time… One would think, with one task to complete all day, which is checking insurance and sending people to a website for medical history… You would be able to inform people of this before the appointment??????

I get to my 9:00 am appointment early like I always do and I’m waiting for a bit. There were two people already there so I assumed they would be seen before me. When I finally get up to the desk after waiting 35mins, the lady told me that my appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. So I go back to my emails to check and my appointment is indeed scheduled for 9:00am but she tells me they may have just changed it to 9:30am. Why was I not notified of this change? I wouldn’t have came so early. Nobody has time to be sitting in there all day as if we don’t have other things to do with our day. The lady at the front desk told me that I would be next though after explaining that I was going to leave due to the extended wait time.

They then proceed to call someone else who came in after me so I just left. It’s ridiculous. This is just an example of bad customer service and lack of communication. I will never return to this location. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always something with them. The female dentist that they used to have use to injure me when doing fillings. She cut my lip once and then my gums on two different occasions.

Like where are y’all finding these unprofessional dentists? I always see new staff and dentists all the time. Why can’t ya’ll retain staff? My mother has also had issues with this location when the front desk staff member tried to lie and say that she had a copay over $100 to be seen. My mother has insurance and no copay. She had to call them with her insurance on the phone verifying that she had no copay for visits. So why did you lie? I will be contacting BBB about all of my complaints and hopefully they get shut down since customer service is clearly a skill that they are lacking.
