I had to cancel one appointment due to extenuating circumstances. First thing I am told is they will be charging me a fee, I can hear the coworker’s attitude in the background stating that I am wrong to cancel. When they call back to reschedule I let them know I texted to cancel within a timely manner and I was met with an attitude, “you could have left a voicemail”.

I reiterated that I had an emergency and was not met with any empathy or flexibility. The Dentist here is very kind and great at what he does but receptionists apathy made me choose to not return.

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was little and they’ve always been the best! They’re very attentive and did a great job fixing my teeth with braces a few years ago. I would still be going there if I didn’t move so far away.

However, I recently came back to scan my teeth for new retainers and I was done within 15 minutes! They have the most up-to-date technology and I’m thankful for all their hard work.

My husband and I have been patients of EDP for many years and have nothing but good things to say about their practice. The office staff is always very pleasant and helpful. The dentists are knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. The same can be said of the hygienists! Excellent dental health care!!
