Manager will blackball you if you leave bad review. I left bad review 6 years ago (rightfully so) was offered to see Dr. bob in exchange for review to be removed. I declined and 6 years later I was told my account isn’t active and I am not allowed to receive service at any location due to this matter, the manager didn’t explain this to me or have any conversation. Be mindful this place isn’t how they perceive themselves to be.
Very petty & six years later still rude and carry on without seeking any understanding. I believe I may have dodged a bullet seeing as back then my “bad review” was due to being unable to completely close my mouth after receiving service from one of their dentist (Gretchen, Amherst Location 2018). This review is only to say… if you have a problem at their location keep it to yourself if you plan on trying again at ANY location within the following 6 years. Hope this helps.

I will never go back to Dr. Bobs, not only do they refuse to do what you ask, but every job they do is a rushed as well. Just recently I had a botched filling done. It has been almost over a month and I still have pain and now I am 99% sure that I am developing a tooth infection where it was ‘filled’.
Do not waste your time going here, they run their establishment like a factory and prey on individuals with Medicaid. There are many other reputable dentists that accept the insurance.

I'm honestly pretty surprised at the negative reviews regarding time management. Dentists are always booking out for months, so you really should plan ahead to make sure you're there. That aside, my first time at Dr Bob's was yesterday and as someone who has had a LOT of trauma and anxiety regarding my teeth, the staff, techs, and dentists were absolutely incredible and seriously made me feel so much more comfortable than previous places I've been to. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me, and did a fantastic job on my fillings.
I literally was so excited that I could smile more confidently (once the numbing stuff wore off, haha). I am autistic and the staff/techs were very understanding of my need for accommodations due to severe sensory issues, especially in my mouth, and didn't judge me or make me feel bad for needing them. So thank you guys so much, little things like that make a world of difference for people like me.

Dentist are not good at all. I have taken two types of treatment and both of them are real bad. Still I am suffering from both treatments. One of the treatment Allah/ God saved my life, I was hospitalized and I had to do surgery. Still suffering. Do not recommend anyone to go there.
