The Orchard Park office is only looking for your money, and will not return phone calls so that they can charge you for a missed visit, though they are booked way out and have a list of patients waiting for cleanings. Would not recommend.

Billing dept has threatened to send me to delinquency twice in the past couple years once for a bill that was paid for by insurance. This time for a balance I paid out of pocket on time. Ive also received 30 statements going back 5 years recently for no apparent reason. Dont waste your time.

I finally called it quits with this place and now I have to deal with this delinquency letter. I have a perfect credit score.

I have been going here for at least 2 yrs. Everyime I have gone in with a tooth problem it never gets fixed, they say I have to go for a second opinion to there Williamsville office. So for the last 1 and a 1/2, I've had absolutely no resolution to my teeth, and I was just there recently, they gave me novacain that left a lump on the side of my mouth a week later and still hurts. Started drilling on a tooth when I wasn't numb, went to a different dentist, they figured out what was wrong, it wasn't even the tooth they were drilling on it was the one in front of it. I've already lost 2 molars from bad dentist.

I will not be going back. I think all dentist freshly out of collage are sent here and your the Guinea pig. The receptionist are nice, but there not working on my teeth.

My very first appointment was an emergency exam with Dr. Hernández-Crespo, Dulce, DMD, she was very thorough and was very clear as to why I was experiencing tooth sensitivity. Fast forward to my cleaning day, I get an extremely angry, rude, unprofessional, and combative hygienist. My appointment was for 1hr, after shoving the xray positioning into my mouth she was ready to reschedule me so she could "leave at 1". After politely asking her to do half of my cleaning, because there was clearly 30 minutes left of my appointment she FLIPPED OUT. She was so angry.

"You want me to rush through the cleaning" "I don't have time" "I leave at 1" "What do you want me to do" . . . . . I literally had to ask her to please stop.

She kept talking, and she was visibily getting more and more upset and I immediately was afraid for my safety. I left the office in tears! Spoke with the office manager and that experience was just as bad. The office manager was talking in a very slow and condescending tone and attempted to gaslight me into believing that the situation was because my cleaning was going to take more time. She could not give me any apology or explanation as to why the hygienist was so rude. I do believe that the experience was racial, and I will be filing a complaint and possibly filing discrimination charges.
