I wish I could give this place half little to no stars. My husband called to make an emergency appointment due to his cavity issue becoming more severe. So he was told they have no availability, but are considered to be an emergency dental care.

The receptionist was ignorant asking if he was a patient he explained no then was told that they have no availability didn’t even try to see if there was any openings to help with his issue. Very unprofessional shouldn’t even be called an emergency dental care if this is how people are being treated for emergencies.

I wonder if they know that their phone doesn't work because it just rings and rings no one picks up and they hang up. Is there any other way to contact you? Emergency dentist? Or is this fake? Because I tried to search for your office without success.

Called the office for a dental emergency and they said all the offices were closed. So I waited on hold for 20mins just to have an operator tell me there was no help available. This is NOT a dental emergency facility.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars ! Called for my elderly dad as his face was swollen from a possible abscess. The person who took our call was hard to understand and when I asked them to speak up, they wouldn’t. They stated they were going to check the appointment schedule and placed me on a hold. The phone call was then disconnected on their end.

I tried calling back and follow the prompts to speak to a representative, no one would pick up. It was exactly like when someone declines your call. I think it’s not a “real business” or the lack of professionalism feels real shady. Beware!
