My dentist referred me here. I arranged an appointment and came in. I saw Dr. Gross and she gave me an exam to see if I was a good candidate for a root canal. She decided that I was a VERY good candidate for one and said she would have her staff contact my insurance company for a prior authorization for it. They were supposed to call me back in 3 to 5 business days. To this point I would have given a 5 star review. I never did receive the call.

I apparently had the wrong number in my phone so accidentally called another practice to see what was up (they didn't realize I was not a patient of theirs until my follow up call to them). When I found the correct number and called I was put on an extended hold until the phone started ringing again. Then I was told that they had discussed my case and would not be able to see me at thier office. I inquired why and she (the receptionist) repeated herself. I inquired if they had reached out for the prior authorization (figuring the insurance said no) and she said "oh yeah we did all that but we will not be able to see you at this office". I asked why I had never received the call they said they would give me. She said she had a stack of patients and apologized that she had not gotten to me. Please keep in mind that I went and saw them THREE weeks ago and was supposed to get a call in 3 to 5 business days.

One star review as they changed thier minds, can't follow thier own contacting schedule, can't inform a patient that they changed thier minds so said patient can look for alternative practices, essentially got paid for looking in my mouth and making my jaw ache all day (Dr. Gross (who I give 5 stars to as an individual) took something cold and poked my tooth to see I'd the nerves were alive). Essentially they get paid for a one day visit of torture. TL:DR. Don't bother going here. Apparently even if they say you are a great candidate and the doctor looks forward to helping you they will have a conversation about your case and drop you without informing you of that.

Overall the best dental experience. Went in nervous but Dr.Lee put my nerves to ease and didn’t feel a single thing. And also, all the front desk staff are amazing and very nice. My go to from root canals going forward!

The office was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Dr Gross is an angel. (Protect her at all costs) She explained everything thoroughly, and the procedure went smoothly. I was not in pain. God bless her and the staff.

I had a wonderful experience. I have been to many places, but this place stands out when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. Do not believe the negative reviews. The people who left them are the ones with the problem.

The staff is respectful and professional and helped us for a quick appointment possible with great care. Secondly, Dr.G is a rockstar, she is kind, compassionate and attentive…. One of the nicest doctors we have ever seen. She has awesome personality and ready to assist her patients in anyway possible. We love you Dr.G. God bless you.
