First time at this office & first ever root canal, making the appointment with Jill over the phone was a breeze as well as checking in for my appointment. Kaitlyn was my assistant, she was very sweet & did a great job taking my X-rays. I saw Dr.

Aneziris for my exam & procedure- he is absolutely amazing! So gental and kind not only to me but to his assistant! I have never heard a Dr say please & thank you so much as they were working. If I even need another root canal I will be more than happy to go back! Thank you again!

Update: Doctor personally called to apologize, got me in quickly at my rescheduled appointment. Glad to see they made things right. Mistakes happen so I’m glad they can acknowledge it and move forward. Practice is disrespectful of time. Was referred by my family dentist. Had a second opinion consult appointment scheduled at 3:45.

Arrived around 3:30 to check in. Waited patiently in waiting room until 4:45 until I finally asked the receptionist how much longer I’d have to wait. She went back to ask the doctor and came back to say that she “wasn’t sure, but if she had to guess, another 20-25 minutes”. I waited an additional 20 minutes—then receptionist came back to me and said that she wasn’t sure how much longer at that point and couldn’t even give me a guesstimate. She stated that the doc took on several emergency cases and he was running behind. She then asked me to reschedule.

Waiting 1. 5 hours past my appointment time with absolutely no idea of when I would even be seen? Taking PTO, only for my time to be wasted. I understand there are emergencies, but if you are running that far behind, you should at the very least be calling your patients and letting them know. Unprofessional of the doctors to allow this to happen.

I went to see Doctor Heather and she is very knowledgeable, caring, answered all my questions, patient, and overall an amazing doctor. Also thank you to the amazing office staff Debbie and Gil. They were also very patient with me and answered all my questions. And I did not get the names of the assistants that helped with my procedure. But that you to you gals also. AMAZING TEAM
