My sister went in for a root canal on 6/21/2022 and has severe anxiety when it comes to dental work as she had her mouth wired shut for weeks after facial surgery with multiple plates and screws. My sister was visibly upset and Dr Herbert called her a baby and told her there was no reason to be upset and to get over it . He told her that no dental work is serious enough to be upset over. After she has several plates and screws in her mouth.

This doctor was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Do not go here if you want to be treated with disrespect. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Dr Herbert had to re-do a root canal I had done by another dentist. He explained everything to me and showed me on the X-rays what he was recommending. He was realistic and not pushy at all. He obviously enjoys his work as he was singing with the music while he worked on my tooth.

lol He caused me no pain. He said it might be sore a few days. When the numbness wore off, I expected the pain but I had no pain at all. My experience with scheduling, front desk personnel, and Dr Herbert was nothing less than amazing! Thank you for making a dental appointment no stress at all!

I saw Dr. Herbert today for a root canal on a broken molar. My regular dentist does root canals however I wasn't comfortable with the level of precautions his office is taking during the pandemic and this place put me totally at ease. They were clearly spacing patients out, everyone was fully masked, and I waited in the car until it was my turn.

When it was time for my root canal he took his time and was sympathetic to an extremely nervous patient. Listening to his humorous banter with his assistant made a not so fun procedure fly by quickly. If I ever need another root canal this is the place to go! (Although as awesome as you are Dr. Herbert I do hope I don't have to come back! :) )

Dr. Herbert was awesome. I can't believe I had an enjoyable experience getting a root canal, but he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Was in and out in under an hour but felt completely at ease and like my teeth were in good hands.
