My latest visit was like all the rest, read my previous note. Dr. Batterton is first class as well as all the staff. Having said that, I am not crazy about the cost, because he is out of network for educator's insurance, a large chunk of the cost is not covered. Also the prices are a bit higher than other dentists.

I would recommend allowing patients to put the bill on a monthly payment schedule. Much as I really, really like Dr. Batterton, I am probably going to switch to a dentist that takes educator's insurance.

I’ve been coming here ever since I was 5, and everyone is so friendly and caring! They make you feel comfortable. My mom has tried other dental offices since moving, but she always comes back! I can’t recommend Batterton’s office enough!

Very kind, transparent, accommodating. My mother was very impressed with her hygienist, dentist, and entire staff. I have had a very positive experience with the front office staff in scheduling and in obtaining insurance information and overall communication.

I also was very impressed with overall care from the hygienist, dentist, and entire staff while visiting Dr. Batterton’s office. My sister recommended that my mother go to this office for her dental care, and we are very glad she did!

Going to the dentist can be an anxious time for nervous patients like me Ha! Not with Dr. Eric Batterton and his staff. Betty, the receptionist introduced herself and welcomed me. Kate explained the insurance coverage before and during my visit. Aileen the Denatal Hygienist, was very personable and patient with me as I explained my situation, then Dr Batterton just carefully listened until I fully explained what I was concerned with.

Then he was gentle during my exam. The staff is highly competent and gave me a feeling that I was in the right place My entire experience was handled with experience, understanding and patience. I highly recommend this team for all your dental needs. Five stars. Thank you A team
