The staff and dentists at Espinal & Willis are the BEST. I love places "where everybody knows your name" and the staff at Espinal & Willis fit this to a tee! They are kind, courteous and friendly and always helpful. The hygienists are very knowledgeable and always give information on optimal dental health and hygiene.

Finally, Dr. Willis is one of the most gentle and positive dentists! Sometimes going to the dentist can cause anxiety, but his calm demeanor always makes me feel better.

Very disappointed with this dental office. After years as a patient, I decided to transfer my children to their office. I was not informed that they would be out of network with my insurance. Not only did this result in an over $500 bill for just cleaning (should be free in network), but the bill showed a filling done on my son. I was with him. No teeth were filled.

The billing office was extremely rude and refused to waive the bill or even a portion of it. I filed a complaint with the BBB (complaint # 22208271) and their office ignored the BBB. This is questionable behavior and extremely poor customer service. Edit to address response from business: This office's reply is highly unethical and patently FALSE. The BBB did not close the case in their favor. The BBB's response says, "Upon review the BBB has determined the company has chosen to remain firm in their position and not offer an alternative resolution.

" Furthermore, this dental practice is in direct violation of HIPAA which states: " Responses cannot include any of the patient’s protected health information (PHI), even if the patient has revealed their own personal information. " The US Department of Health and Human Services states that this includes health care provided, payment of care, etc. A compliant has been filed with the OCR.

Dr. Willis has been my dentist for almost 16 years. He and his office staff have alwsys been nothing but kind, welcoming and professional. I recently was treated by Dr. Michael Knight and he is no exception. He is just as kind, patient and welcoming as everyone else in this office. They are very knowledgeable and they do great quality work. You know you in good hands here.

This is the nicest Dentist I could have ever found in the Rock Hill area. From the minute I called their office,They were willing to help me with my issue after going to a dentist in Charlotte who didn’t care about me. This dentist office demonstrated that they truly care about their patient’s well-being. They are caring, compassionate, very professional and so much fun! They welcome you with smiles and make the dreaded dentist visit a great time.

I highly recommend Dr. Knight and all his staff. Thank you for caring for patients the way you do!
