​​The entire visit experience was 10/10 from start to finish. The staff at the front desk are communicative, clear with instructions, and very helpful with an uplifting attitude. The assistants that aid Dr. Shah with check-in are very thorough in obtaining a detailed history and ensuring all your questions will be answered. Dr. Shah herself is a very personable, well-mannered doctor with excellent bedside manner and takes extra time to explain what is going on at the personal level in layman's terms.

She was able to craft a personalized plan and offered many alternatives to the traditional CPAP: ones that are more user-friendly and easier to implement into my daily life. My energy levels have increased substantially from improved sleep quality and I will be continuing to visit Dr. Shah moving forward. The visit never felt rushed and was honestly the BEST experience I've ever had at an outpatient office.

The team at Essex Dental Sleep Center took such great care of me. Dr. Shah was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and the office itself was so nice. I was so worried I had sleep apnea and was dreading having to go to a facility to get a sleep test. I was given a take-home sleep monitor that was comfortable and so easy to use.
