Lady manning the desk was completely rude unprofessional, and the worst part was the condescending! I made an appointment days prior and from the gate she was very difficult to work with, given her condescending demeanor and tone. I believe her name is Alexis. She then Made a snarky remark and Said If didn't like the way she ran things, I could take my Medicaid else where! That part alone is unacceptable and unprofessional! She then proceeded to talk about a late fee that doesn't concern me because I had an emergency which I did not need to explain.

I reschedule my appointment at a later time and she had the same condescending tone and extremely defensive oddly, and she completely CANCELLED the appointment I had set for Wednesday February 21 at 11 am. I felt discriminated because of my insurance and overall had an unpleasant experience with Alexis PRIOR to even meeting with the DENTIST! I'm pretty sure she knew she was unprofessional to say the least because she refuse to give me her name to report her to the appropriate higher up and/or department. I didn't like the way I was treated and would hate for others to experience Alexis wrath.

I Hope someone reaches out as I will be hopefully without incident! Ps: I did say to her " I can see why the ratings stand for what it is " Alexis makes you feel like she doesn't care much for people with gov insurance !

Dr. Udom and staff were polite knowledgeable and skilled in my tooth extraction. I had an emergency and she scheduled me in. Office is clean and my post extraction info was given to me in a detailed and clear manner. I definitely recommend Dr. Udom over other dentists to those who are in need of good dental care.

The BEST dental office to go to. Dr. Udom is very professional with her work and gives her patients the best patient care possible. She is very kind and understanding towards your problems and gives you a clear understanding of what can be done and what cannot.

Plus, she won’t have you waiting at all and calls you in exactly on your appointment time unlike other office’s I’ve been to. I highly recommend Dr. Udom for all your dental needs.
