I don’t often leave Google reviews, but I felt that I had to for this one. This was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! All the staff were so kind, and Dr. Long was phenomenal. You could tell he really takes the time to get to know his patients and make them feel comfortable. The office is modern, and they have created a very welcoming atmosphere there.

Dr. Long answered all my questions extremely thoroughly and really took the time to educate and chat with me about my concerns. I tend to be more holistically focused, just as a side note, and I really feel like I was heard and understood in that. My mind was definitely put at ease with my experience here, and for the first time I feel confident about my dental plan of action going forward! I can’t recommend them enough!

Simply the best! Dr Long and his staff make every visit easy. Dr Long is very empathetic and makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. He never pushes services you don't need and focuses on your oral health. I've never encountered such a caring provider. I've gone to both locations and they are both wonderful.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this dentist group. I originally seen them to have my permanent retainers removed and receive nightly retainers. They wouldn’t schedule me for 5 minute appointments to get my impressions done after the removal of my permanent retainers. I had to wait almost 4 months to get scheduled and that’s only because I had force and call them multiple times since I was moving away and didn’t have any time to wait.

My teeth have shifted and one of my lower teeth has shifted so much that it’s visible from waiting too long. They also messed up my original impression which made the wait even longer. Would not recommend.

Such a warm, welcoming, and inviting staff! This was the first dentist I visited in Knoxville and I’ll never visit a different one. They’ve completely turned around my dental health.
