Terrible attitude towards patients. I was asked to wait outside the first time I came in. The office was having a meeting. When I was having a porcelain crown put on, I asked to be numbed beforehand.

During the procedure a started to yell it hurts, Dr. Stange told me ," well close your mouth and breathe through your nose!" He told his assistant to shut up we she told me it would be alright. Would never go to this practice again!!

I paid Dr. Stange $13,000 to make custom veneers for my 6 front teeth. First, he broke one of the center front ones when he pushed it on too hard. I was devastated. He put on a fake tooth and ordered a duplicate veneer that he fitted me with 2 weeks later. The tooth was not the same color as the others and all the teeth were slanted, not even across.

When I complained, he scoffed and told me I was too picky. After that, I saw another dentist who said the teeth were definitely slanted because a procedure to level my gums should have been done before getting veneers. Stange never told me that. I guess the healing process would have taken too long, and he wouldn't have gotten my money as soon as he did.
