Detailed Introduction

Falls Dental Associates is a well-established dental practice located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The clinic emphasizes a high standard of excellence in personalized dental care, striving to provide comprehensive treatment planning using both restorative and cosmetic dentistry to help patients achieve optimal oral health. Their philosophy centers on preventative care and education, aiming for "dental health care" rather than simply "disease care." This includes thorough exams, oral cancer screenings, and necessary X-rays, alongside routine cleanings, flossing guidance, sealants, and fluoride treatments. The team at Falls Dental Associates is comprised of highly trained and skilled clinicians who are committed to continual education and staying abreast of the latest techniques, products, and equipment in modern dentistry. They adhere strictly to sterilization and cross-contamination processes recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC), ensuring uncompromising safety for their patients. Falls Dental Associates offers a wide array of dental services, catering to the needs of the whole family. These services include, but are not limited to: General Dentistry: Cleanings & Exams, Fillings (tooth-colored), Dental Emergencies, TMJ/TMD Treatment, Tooth Extractions. Preventative Care: Oral Cancer Screenings, Periodontal (Gum) Disease Therapy, Sealants. Restorative Dentistry: Crowns & Bridgework, Dental Implants, Dentures & Partials, Root Canal Treatment. Cosmetic Dentistry: Bonding, Porcelain Veneers, Teeth Whitening. The practice prides itself on building a foundation of trust with patients by providing a relaxing and positive experience. They understand that dental visits can be uneasy for some and their entire team is dedicated to personalized, comfortable care. Financial options are also considered, with acceptance of most insurance plans (including being a "Premier Provider" for Delta Dental) and offering financing through CareCredit, as well as payment plans for extensive treatments and a 10% discount for cash/check payments made in full on the day of service. Originally formed in 1994 with Dr. Koni Remshak joining to establish the present-day Falls Dental Associates, the practice has grown to include additional dentists like Dr. Jacob Simonovich and Dr. Scotty Boyer. The current facility, opened in 2009, is modern and equipped with state-of-the-art technology to deliver the best possible dental care.

I have been going there for years. It took 3 weeks to get in for a chipped filling. When I got there Tammy the dental assistant was beyond rude. I needed an X- Ray, she was frustrated and argued that I could open my jaw wider- when I couldn’t she jammed the x-ray in my mouth causing the side of my mouth to get cut.

I needed a crown and I asked how long would I have to wait and she argued again that I didn’t wait that many days for an appointment. Because of this, I will take my family elsewhere. Avoid Tammy!!!!

I had the most fantastic experience when I went to Falls Dental for Both my Cleaning and then when the Dentist (along with his incredible assistant} needed to fill one cavity and replace one crown. I beg you to read carefully as this was actually an experience that was so so sweet, as was every single one of the employees.

If you are looking for not only professional people at the best as well as sweet and kind, then this is the next Dentist visit you must make.

I had wonderful experience here. Everyone was so friendly to me @ the dentist @ their associates are terrific. I don’t like going to dentists but I felt so safe & relaxed there with them. They give you the attention you need & listen to what you need to say. Will always go to this clinic. Jeanne

My son and I went for our 6month cleanings, first appointment of the day. Walked through the front door, lady at desk was incredibly rude, I brushed it off as it’s early and she may not be a morning person. My son’s hygienist (Chris) came to get him (she’s always wonderful) I sat down and shortly after my hygienist came and called my name, I got up and followed her. Not that I’m there to make friends but no small talk was had, she showed me the room had me leave my things and said I was getting X-rays. Got X-rays still no talking just direction of what to do. Go back to room, still nothing is said other than I have some build up.

Meanwhile I can hear my son and Chris having a grand ole time in the other room. She finishes up, sits me up and I assume she was charting her findings with my teeth and she asked if I want to schedule next appointment (not even turning around to talk) and I say yes, let me grab my phone she tells me next appointment wouldn’t be available until January (it’s May now) I say, you have NOTHING in November:December? Her response…. NO, only January. I said I find it hard to believe there’s nothing in November (6months out) she says “no it’s all booked “. Her tone the whole time was super dry. I said “I’m sorry but from the front desk to you have been incredibly rude this morning “ she then says “you were rude to me” mind you I never said anything because I was quite honestly in disbelief on how odd this visit had been.

I told her I was being quite because of her energy. She said nothing after that. I left without making another appointment. I understand people go through things in their life’s and we never know what that is but two people in the same office, same day? Unacceptable in a professional setting. Made me feel like it was a problem that I was there. Just TERRIBLE!
