I had an appointment yesterday. I confirmed it through text today before my appointment the morning of which was yesterday. I called and made sure that I wasn’t driving 45 minutes into the city for no reason. The lady at the call center, and the gentleman at the front desk at the actual location, reassured me that they were only calling to confirm your appointment. And I said OK because the message said she was calling “regarding” my appointment. Again, I was reassured all was well. I arrived for my appointment get checked and get brought back to the chair and the dental hygienist looked at me and says so what are you here for today? I’m not sure I think cleaning and some x-rays and she said you’re not due until March 31. Well anybody with badger knows that you have to go full year when you’re an adult, Keep my cool and I proceeded to say it well maybe I had a filling schedule for today, but I already got it taken care of. She proceeded to say back to me.

No that would be a green color. You’re in like peach shows me the scheduling block. The same people have worked at the front desk for the last four years and have been nothing but inaccurate and the one lady is just rude. They are one of the only dentist that except badgercare so a lot of people go to them. I understand mistakes but they make a lot I could name 10 plus with just my tribe alone. I’ll give you one from 2020. My kids had an appointment Covid just started. They were making me waiting your vehicles. It was July.

It was really hot outside. They forgot about my kids and they decided that they were going to have an attitude back to my husband, I’m actually still waiting on a phone call from their patient relations department that I think is nonexistent. It was so hot and we had no AC in that vehicle I just told him to leave after an hour and a half, when I tell you there was no empathy from the lady at the front desk that is being nice, like I said I’m still waiting on a call back from patient relations. I hope they get there shit together soon. So if we miss an appointment We get a strike against us. Well, this is happened to me at least five times and I’m finally putting a strike against you guys as a company.

Service has gotten a lot faster compared to even just a year ago. Everyone is super nice. My daughter was scared to get a tooth pulled because last time she got one pulled it hurt really bad. But this time around we had an amazing doctor and she got it out in seconds and it didn't hurt my daughter at all. I'm definitely going back to see her again!

Dr. Garg was very responsive, patient and informative. Her assistant was very efficient and kind. Was a pleasant visit, even though I get anxious with dental care.

The dental assistant was new and she did a really good job. The dentist was great at explaining everything to me and a very great demeanor also. Excellent experience
