I have not personally used the services of the clinic, but I am confident that they have a qualified and professional team. However, I would like to point out that one of the staff members, an assistant named Halyna, has not always been sincere or truthful in my personal experience of communication with her. Therefore, I would recommend approaching interactions with her with a degree of caution.

From their receptionists in their accountability in booking and following-up via phone call or text, to even their hygienists and dentists, Family Care Dental sets a high standard in what prioritizing and communicating with their clients should look like. I have been going to this place for dental check-ups and cleanings for my entire life (28 years). Three things stick out with their services which make you feel that YOU MATTER. 1) Communication: -They communicate without any presumption/assumptions.

They respect your need to defer/delay your booking appointments because they understand that dental costs can be high. Not only that, they also collaborate with multiple dental insurance services so this is also a perfect place for even Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) applicants and University/College students covered by their respective insurance companies to go to! Take note, for applicants with 100% CDCP coverage that are coming in for a routine teeth clean-up, you may still pay outstanding fees for teeth polishing! So be ready to pay a little bit despite all costs being covered! 2) Positivity: -Every health care professional at Family Care Dental including the receptionists speaks to you with humility, kindness, and love. When the hygienist takes care of you, a lot of their joy in their work is catching up and getting to know YOU as a person. The services they provide are not a matter of fulfilling job responsibilities, but going beyond and genuinely getting to know you as a client.

As a result, you're not treated as another statistic, but as a friend. 3) Prevention and Education: -When your hygienist/dentist is done cleaning/checking your teeth, I strongly encourage all clients to learn from them! A lot of focus in healthcare is pointing towards Preventative Healthcare. Rather than expecting the hygienist and dentist to clean our dirty teeth and us going on with our day, take every moment to learn how to floss better, how to brush smarter (not harder!), and how to adopt a lifestyle that minimizes build-up in our teeth! The health care professionals at Family Care Dental are extremely knowledgeable and are ALWAYS happy to teach if you're open! For that, I would like to give a shout-out to my hygienist in Christina! You've been my hygienist and seen me grow up from when I was in middle school. You are an amazing role model for positivity and I always look forward to going to the dentist (even when I could do a better job with my teeth!) because you always find talking to your clients to be the joy of your work!
