I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I visited on 9/28/2024 for a 9:00 AM appointment, but the dentist didn’t see me until 10:49. The visit was so rushed that I was out the door by 11:08. During my visit I was seen by Jordan Mays and she did the following: 1. Told me she couldn’t help with an implant—the only reason I came.

2. Briefly looked at one tooth, said she didn’t see anything wrong, and sent me on my way. Despite this minimal service, they charged my insurance for a comprehensive exam AND an X-ray they didn't take (I had emailed it to them). They eventually removed the X-ray charge but have not addressed the incorrect exam charge. After multiple calls and unreturned messages, I finally spoke to the manager, who assured me the doctor would call to discuss the claim—but that never happened.

Given their lack of response, I have since filed a complaint with the Attorney General. They also charged me $20 for not showing proof of insurance before my appointment, yet that fee never appeared on my bill. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this dentist. Be cautious and do your research before making an appointment.

I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and submitted my insurance so that I could get an estimate for an exam and cleaning. A day before my appointment, I called to check on insurance coverage and was told that the exam and cleaning would be no cost to me, but X Rays may be extra. When I showed up for my appointment I was told the cost would be $85 for the exam/cleaning/x rays, so I asked if it would be possible to use previous x rays and was told yes.

I sat down in the chair and a dentist did a quick check for cavities. The hygienist then told me to wait just a minute while she checked on something. She came back and told me the cost for the exam and cleaning would be $177. This is a high cost with insurance, more than many dental practices charge for exam/cleaning/x rays WITHOUT insurance for new patients.

I decided to not go through with the cleaning, but was still charged $28 for sitting in the chair for 3 minutes with a 30 second exam. A really frustrating experience to be told 3 different prices for the same service over a 24 hour period.
