The staff is wonderful! Dr. Puza is awesome, I love how he takes time to explain the options and procedures to me so I can make an informed decision about my dental care. The hygienist is very friendly and professional and did an awesome job! After having disappointing visits to previous dental offices, I am so glad I found this one! I am a patient for life!!

I had a very pleasant dental experience. I was seen for a cleaning and the hygienist did an excellent job. The doctor was thorough and explained all my dental needs. The ladies at the front desk were a delight and they explained my insurance benefits and what I would need to pay. I will definitely be coming back for all my routine visits.

I have been afraid to go to my dental appointments for years, until now!!! Going to CAROLINA COSMETIC DENTAl was the best thing I did. No PAIN, FAST in and out extractions even after 8hrs took my meds and no pain, like if I didn't even have a big procedure done, besides the normal feeling of numbness and light pressure. I love it.

Thank you, Dr. Cobham!! The BEST DENTIST, I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED & their Staff front desk, great customer service, friendly and lovely. 👏👏♥️

I would have give this dental office zero stars if I could but you have to give a review with at least one star. . . In any case, I went to this dental office a few times and was put off initially by the fact that I arrived for a couple of different appointments only to find the office closed and no one around. They actually did keep at least one appointment with me, but then, Carolina Cosmetic dental care Durham sent me to collections and I only found out that they thought I hadn't paid when the collections company called me in February of 2024. The collections company claimed that I owed them money for services rendered in February of 2021. I immediately hung up with the collections agency (did not pay them) and called Carolina Cosmetic Dental Durham and I was told I owed the money.

I paid the dental office the money over the phone, but later realized that there was no way I could have owed them anything since I had Delta Dental insurance. So, I called Carolina Cosmetic Dental Durham again (which by the way was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone) and after finally getting someone on the phone, I told them the issue. The lady didn't know what to do or didn't know how to help so she said she'd speak to the dentist and call me back. After weeks of waiting I finally sent them a letter with proof that Delta Dental had already paid for the dental services back in 2021. I've contacted Carolina Cosmetic Dental a few times and even contacted Delta Dental twice who sent letters to Carolina Cosmetic Dental asking them to refund my money, but I have still not received a check. The amount was $189. .

. not a small amount of money. Delta Dental stated I should contact the state dental licensing board but they do not handle disputes over fees. So, I am posting this review to warn people about this office. Find another dentist, trust me, you'll be much happier!
