Been going here for 25 years until today, Danielle is very unprofessional, she lies, they changed my appointment and I called them on it and she still LIED, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Used to be a very professional and awesome practice, but CUSTOMER SERVICE, or clients service has went down. DOES NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst dentist ever! had the worst experience there. The first appointment I had they didn't tell me they take an hour break. I show up to my appointment and no one was there. waited 30 mins and called and stated they were out to lunch. Dr . Staci completely messed up my tooth. After two months my tooth still hurts and aches.
No mater how many times I told him it hurt. He kept saying it was normal. I went to get a fill in, made me waste my money. Turns out I will need a root canal. Waste of money. Don't go here safe your self the trouble and go with someone else.

My husband and I come here for years, we used to love coming here.
About two years recently we received bills after bills with different amounts, at first I thought it was our insurance changes to a different insurance company but when we changed back to BlueCross BlueShield I said I would take another chance, but just for a clean they sent us another bill with almost 200 dollars! I didn't want to write this and give them a bad review but by seeing this people would think about coming to this place and maybe this dentist office would warned the patients with things that being done and being charged to them!!!! Dr Gaffos was my Dentist for many years and was great, beware he no longer owns the practice and does little work. The new ownership seemed to be more interested in emptying my wallet than anything else.
