For an entire week my 7 year old child has been in pain bc he has an infection at the root of one of his permanent teeth. And for an entire week I’ve bounced around hopelessly from several pediatric dentist to emergency rooms without any help for my child. Each place really refused to help or referred us to other places that don’t provide pediatric dentistry. Today I decided to get up early and research emergency pediatric dentist and came across Dr. Jay in Charlotte, Nc so I called him he asked me what’s going on with the child and I explained to him that I’d been given the run around for an entire week and my child is in excruciating pain due to an infection and that I was told the tooth needed to be extracted and could not be saved.

He told me to come on and he would take care of him. We drove an entire hour from our home to see Dr. Jay. We had to pay out of pocket due to the insurance not paying the full amount and him not accepting Medicaid but not only did he take care of my son he did not have to extract his tooth he saved the tooth and made his pain go away. Dr.

Jay is an angel in disguise and it was by the grace of God that we were able to find him. Even though this was not life or death I feel like he saved my sons life. The pain that my baby had to endure this week was unimaginable and nobody especially not a child should ever have to go through this type of pain. Thank you so much Dr. Jay! You are a lifesaver and we are forever grateful for you!❤️BTW it’s Sunday December 22, 2024 nobody would do this on a Sunday and especially before a major holiday! He’s just amazing!

Dr Jay is very detailed oriented with excellent dental care. He is very meticulous in his work and gives the best prices for debtal work.I highly recommend anyone needing extensive dental work. Moreover he is also open on Saturday and sundays.

Here are some pictures of Dr. JAY Office. He is a very friendly, professional, clean, knowledgeable person in his field. I have been coming here since 2011, and never had insurance. Dr. Jay gaves out discounts to the non insurance patience. Also keep telling me new thing to do with my teeth to keep them healthy.
