Very displeased with their buyout of Dr Lesch’s business. I have maintained the same insurance for 5+ years, and been doing to this location for many years. Its always our responsibility to notify THEM of any changes. But apparently not the other way around. They knowingly had me see their fresh dentist that was not accredited with Dental Dental yet. This was very much known to them. . and they HOPED they could get her back-dated and covered. I was not informed of this before the cleaning.

I think it was a calculated risk to have her seeing patients earlier than she should have. When my insurance denied the claim due to being out of network, your billing person essentially said “sorry it’s not my problem”. It resulted in me getting a $200+ bill for a normally free cleaning. They may push the blame on my insurance. . but I do not. Terrible business decision that screwed me over.
