This is the worst dental office in Hampton. A family member was seen here and they did not make him feel comfortable. They pulled way too many teeth for the amount of anesthesia that was given. My family member was screaming. I went to talk to the office manager, while having a conversation with me she was telling someone what to do on the computer. One of the receptionist was on her personal phone.

the other receptionists were having personal conversations using profanity. I do not recommend going to Family Dental of Hampton. It's dirty and unprofessional. That was my brother's first time going there and unfortunately he has go back because of his insurance.

I was very pleased with my experience today. I had a tooth pulled and the dentist numbed me up good so I didn’t experience little if any painful discomfort. I will be returning to get a regular exam once my gum heals.

ABSOLUTELY the best experience I've ever had with a dental practice. Even with a lobby full of patients they handled each one of us with patience and due diligence. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Darwin

I needed a cleaning immediately due to a tobacco stain on my two front teeth and they were able to schedule me in the next business day. They were able to do my new patient x-rays AND a cleaning in one visit despite being very busy. It wasn’t the gentlest cleaning I’ve ever had but it was quick and they cleaned the stain on my teeth very thoroughly.

It looked like a great place to work too. You could see and hear the staff helping each other out and working well as a team.
