Mom is retired. She has medicaid and been waiting too long for implant approval. I wanted to pay for her new tooth. Contacted this office as they advised themselves as "best care for seniors" on Google. Went through the online appointment reservation chat that supposed to be a live person but used automatic questionnaires. I wanted to schedule a consultation and get cost estimate for implant paid cash.
Click through the options of answers one of which was "do you have Medicaid". Rudely dropped my chat section so fast when I clicked yes. This place only cares for your money. Terrible practice.

The Drs great staff great, I my problem is? My insurance covers my implants in 2024, they would of been finished, but I got a infection. So it brought us into 2225 my insurance changed there policy. I'm without teeth. Can't get anyone to help me. I can't eat. I've lost 60 pounds. My top teeth are rubbing . I feel awful. Know at the dentist office has reached out.
. my insurance won't give me a straight answer. They say it's not medically needed. I can't eat , the mettle is rubbing my tops. My upper ones are way too big now. I'm miserable. . .

If you go here. Please do not let the lady so called dentist. At the time I went she had dark hair. She messed my teeth up worse than what they were. My teeth needed work from me being ill for years and I finally had gotten better enough to take care of myself from being bedridden. I forgave her for rude words she said to me but after her working in my mouth I had infection in my gums and soreness for over a week. I never went back for any more work that needed done.
She kept messing up and I should’ve stopped her after the third time of trying to fill my two teeth near the front. Don’t get me wrong my ex has been going here for years and the male dentists kept his mouth in good shape. Make sure you get the right dentist in this group. I had to finally tell the truth. I pray that she’s not messing someone else’s mouth up. She needs another profession

this is your place. Consistency in the world today is something that’s very hard to find and lacking. Dr. Grucella and his team have proven and provided that to me and my family EVERY visit. The quality of work along with the overall experience is second to none. All of you do an amazing job thank you for maintaining YOUR .
