Extremely rude staff, couldn't even make an appointment. The girl answered with an attitude and after hearing her talk I wouldn't even want to come have my teeth worked on. Sad and pathetic people like that are allowed to work with the public!!!

Extremely disrespectful dentist and staff. No customer service kindness or etiquette. Tried to accuse me of suing their business if one of my kids got hurt in the waiting room running around. Talked to and treated me like a child in front of children. I would never come back here. Everyone up there is rude and disrespectful.

The dental office was okay when I first started going here. However, always unprofessional. This last time I was very dissatisfied. To make a long story short, the dentist was upset because I had went to another practice. Which I don’t even feel like I needed to explain to the staff or the dentist.
I felt very uncomfortable having to explain that I had 2 little children and worked full time so I may not be able to make it every 6mos. The reason for me trying out a different office was because the first time I got a filling done, it came out a couple weeks later. The 2nd time I walked out because I had been waiting for over an hr to be seen. Nevertheless, after my original dental office explained they couldn’t get me in until August, against my better judgment, I decided to go back here. I was scolded by the dental assistant and dentist, like a child, and told I needed to take responsibility for not coming back to the office, after receiving poor service.
Also was denied future service as if I would be making another appointment after this horrendous visit. Please take this review into consideration when booking your next appointment. Unfortunately, my family will not be back moving forward.
