I have been to this location 2 times in the past month for 2 different teeth. I have severe dental anxiety and left them go longer than I should have. The first time I saw Dr. Parker and she was very kind and helpful through my anxiety. Her dental assistant was amazing as well. They performed the dental procedure quick and the pain has been gone. I am so grateful.

The second time I saw Dr. Carlisle he was amazing as well, he helped me breathe through the procedure and was very kind in understanding my dental anxiety. His dental assistant was just as amazing. They also performed the dental procedure quick and the pain is gone. I did have to wait to be seen both times approx 1. 5 hours but I'd do it all over again, because that tooth pain was no joke, and their teams were amazing.

literally you have to wait in line for over 15 minutes and no answer just thank you for your patience. All of this just to cancel an appointment and it will take less than 1 minute. And then they blame you later with a letter saying you missed your appointment and you didn’t call to do so.

Well I’m trying to reach you so many times to cancel my appointment but you are not answering. Dealing with wellspan was so much better.

Worst dentist office staff in the world. I’ve been waiting for approval for a deep cleaning since February. They keep telling me they haven’t heard anything from my insurance so I call my insurance and they never received an authorization request. Is June and this has happened 3x since my initial visit in February when they clean to have sent in the request.

Then I call and either wait on hold for 2-3 hours before I decide to hang up and try again the next day. This goes on for 3 weeks until someone actually answers and Still resolve any issues.

I came here for an emergency extraction. I was called back so quickly that I had to finish the paperwork in the exam chair. Dr. Hernandez was seriously the best dentist I have ever experienced. I felt nothing at all, not even the novicane needle.

He also had a great personality. This place was clean and modern and everyone was great. I have already scheduled my first appointment for this to be my permanent dentist.
