Family Health Services is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization established in 2008, operating as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Sandusky, Ohio. Their mission is to provide comprehensive and accessible healthcare services, including primary care, dental services, and behavioral health, to individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay. They serve residents across Erie, Ottawa, and Huron counties, utilizing a sliding fee scale based on federal poverty guidelines to ensure affordability for uninsured, under-insured, and low-income patients. Beyond direct patient care, Family Health Services is committed to addressing the broader healthcare needs of the community.
