I. Am only sharing this because I had an appointment with doctor koehl today. He is my regular family doctor and that went well. But when he sent me to blood draw , there was a lady there who seemed to be not very happy. She did my blood draw. But she did not seem very happy.

Maybe there are things going on in her life. I say this because I wish Iher well And that things will be better for her. She seemed very unhappy While she was doing my blood draw. From experience , I know that life can be very difficult. And I wish better than things for her.

They have some of the nicest dentists and doctors I've ever dealt with but their receptionists/secretary/desk females are almost all B words. When I was living in a shelter I had a woman tell me to prove it on the phone and I told her to come over and I'll be here.

Unnecessary rudeness, it's like the receptionists just wanna get paid to sit there cuz doing their jobs is always a burden that you put on them. I would rather go to the DMV than deal with their receptionists

Dr K is a great guy. I never feel rushed he listens to my concerns and has even returned calls when I needed advice. For a family doctor he is really good.

Totally upset about my tooth that I got filled here a week or so back . There was an older lady here That worked on my last filling I needed done. granite, I’ve gotten a couple before this so I’ve not had this problem before . I had a feeling when she was drilling That something wasn’t right I kept smelling my tooth getting drilled off . .

so after she filled the tooth, I close my jaw, and I could instantly feel my top jaw hitting my bracket because I do have braces. I told her about it and she tried shaving it down a little bit , still didn’t make a change. . the last week I’ve not been able to close my jaw the right way due to the excessive drilling she did to my tooth && the bottom of my teeth are chipped from the bracket they touch now… I just left their office yet. Another doctor there said nothing is wrong with my tooth although I’m having sensitivity issues now and I’ve never had this problem before the cavity got filled ….

now I’m getting told I need to go back to my orthodontist and have them move my bracket down which to me makes it sound like they didn’t do their job right . Some people just can’t take criticism, but you live in you learn so if you can’t accept that you’re wrong then maybe I just need to go and post this review. Hopefully, nobody else goes there and has the same issue I did.
