The absolute best dental experience I've had since childhood! I'm 40, and have been extremely scared of dentists since I was about 14 (bad experience). So as soon as I was on my own, I put off ever going, and just did what I could at home. Today I had an emergency where my pain was off the charts.

A Google search led me to Family Roots, and I'm so glad it did. They were able to decipher what I was saying on the phone between sobs and sniffles, and got me in within the hour. They did some xrays, determined my problems, came up with a plan, and gave me some referrals to a couple different oral surgeons who should be able to take care of them permanently.

I am beyond grateful to every single staff member who had to deal with me today, and I signed up for their Dental Savings Plan, because I am absolutely going back to them for routine cleanings and maintenance. I was a brand new patient, and they did NOT have to be as kind and accommodating as they were. If you have any fears of the dentist, this is your place!

Since being fortunate enough to have found Family Roots Dental a few years ago, I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the office. Everyone in the office is kind, helpful and welcoming. As an extreme "dental chicken", starting with a new dentist can be a very scary endeavor and one that is laced with abundant anxiety. My hygienist, Stephanie, has gone out of her way to not only make sure I am comfortable but to welcome any questions or concerns I may have. Dr.

Mike is easy going, laid back and easy to talk to. As with Stephanie, I'm encouraged to ask any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend this office, especially for those of you reading this review who need a little extra TLC.

Super awesome dentist. Very accommodating - state of the art facility. Had an issue over the weekend and happened to message the office and the doctor responded and since it was an emergency they squeezed me in Monday morning. Totally awesome and great staff.

I just had my first visit as a new patient at Family Roots Dentistry where I was seen by Dr. Mike and one of the hygienists there, Tiffany. Tiffany was so friendly and welcoming. She was so good at making the effort to understand what made me unique as a patient.

She was meticulous and thorough in her care but also kept me very comfortable. She has such a nice touch with her instruments! Dr Mike was wonderful! He really listens and is very understanding about special needs and concerns. He is friendly but also calm and confident and you can tell that confidence is coming from extensive knowledge of dentistry beyond the usual. From the start to the finish of my visit I felt very much welcomed and cared for and knew my care was in very good hands!
