Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Transparency and Poor Service I visited this dental office six months ago and had x-rays taken for a specific tooth. At the time, I chose to delay treatment while I considered my options. I returned today, expecting to move forward with treatment, only to be charged a $35 co-pay for another set of x-rays — on the exact same tooth, which hasn’t changed. When I scheduled this appointment, I was told to bring $35 for the co-pay — nothing more was explained.

It wasn’t until I started asking questions at the office that I was told the extraction would cost $199 and that what I paid today could not be applied toward the actual procedure I came for. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Not only was the staff uninformative, but the overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I drove over an hour to get to this office, only to leave feeling frustrated and misled.

This was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. ⸻

Yesterday 6/16/25 was my husband and my first visit. It was a great experience from the front desk staff, the ones who took us back to the dentist Dr. Lee. They asked us initially if we had any questions.

They then explained every procedure they did, and then asked again if we had any questions for them. They took x-rays, explained what needed to be done then explained the cost after insurance and set up payment arrangements. Definitely will recommend others who need a good dentist.

I just recently switched to Fern dentistry and I’m thankful that I did. I love the fact that you can get a crown in one day. The staff were kind and pleasant and the dentist were awesome and had a great sense of humor. I will recommend this student to anyone that is looking for someone new.

The waiting area is decorated very nice and comfortable. I will definitely refer this dentists to all of my friends and family in the area. Good job guys. !
