Everyone is very friendly and they make me feel at home. I have a toddler who likes to run and jump and they were very patient. As a mom, I appreciate it. This clinic will be my to go always.

While I appreciated the kindness of everyone in the office, there were a few things that could've been improved. The assistant didn't apply enough topical numbing agent before the dentist gave the shot. And then he didn't asked if he could still feel it before he started the extraction. . so either didn't wait long enough for it to numb or insufficient amount of the shot was given. My son was crying in pain.

. Looking back, I should've spoke up and asked for them to wait and give him more numbing agent. As a professional in pediatric dentistry, I expected him to be more gentle and thorough in numbing it before extraction. But hopefully he'll take this honest review and learn from it.

So grateful for Dr. Spears and his team and they wonderful support and energy they had with my daughter during an uncomfortable cavity filling. My daughter had a hard time with numbing and drilling during her first experience with a filling.

This second time around using the laser, was a complete game changer and a MUCH better experience. Definitely gave this momma piece of mind and comfort knowing they could try everything possible to not have my child be submitted to anesthesia or painful numbing or drilling. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience at Statesville Pediatric Dentistry! Taking three energetic three-year-olds to the dentist could have been overwhelming, but the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They made my boys feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, and the care they provided was exceptional. One of the highlights was how they listened to us when we mentioned the boys love of Spider-Man. They made the visit extra special by giving them Spider-Man toothbrushes, which absolutely thrilled them! Dr.

Lincoln & the dental hygienist were so kind The attention to detail and effort to make the experience fun really stood out.
