This is not the place to get dental care. Joanne the receptionist is a rude and nasty person. When I asked for my dental records I received 3 pieces of paper. When asked for my full records they could not produce them. When they overbook it is convenient for them to reschedule but if you need to there is a charge and nowhere in the office does it say that. There is a lack of consistency she Dr.

Rossler took over. I did not have the same hygienist with any of my appointments. Goes to show how it is run. I would tread lightly going here. Better off going elsewhere.

All the ladies at Fern Ridge are great! The dentist , the receptionist, the hygienists. I always feel totally comfortable while I'm there. They got me in in days for an emergency appointment. I've been there twice since and am very happy with every visit. It's a 45 minute drive for me, but I don't mind doing so for consistently great care. They do accept Care Credit.

First time getting a cavity filled. It went very smoothly with no pain! My lip is still numb while I'm writing this lol I was really nervous coming here, but the dentist was very polite and professional, plus she didn't mind explaining how the procedure worked. It helped ease my anxiety very quickly. I can't wait to get my teeth cleaned here :]

I Fractured my tooth and was unable to get in with my dentist. I called Fern Ridge Dentistry and they were able to get in the next day at 8 am. After removing an old filling and replacing with a new one I was on my way.Dr. Rossler and the dental assistant was amazing and the pressure was completely painless. They explained everything and made me feel at ease. 😊👍🏻
