I've recently needed some work and other dentists are booked out for months, Dr Hamilton saw me within a few days, created a treatment plan, and I've been seen by them 3 times so far in 2 months!! Rescheduling, New scheduling, and cancellations are all done by a text if you want! The only downside is the payment is due at time of service, everything else is great!

This is the nicest healthcare office I’ve ever seen. The environment is thoughtfully appointed, clean, and built to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Everyone I encountered was friendly and thorough. I called other offices for months and no one was taking new patients - I should have started here.

I wish I would have established care here 20years ago! The dental team was professional and thorough. My plan of care was discussed in detail, my questions were answered, and the expectations were transparent. I truly wish I found a dentist like this years ago! For the first time in my life I am looking forward to my dental work!

I wasn’t going to make a bad review but it’s starting to really get upsetting for me. I came in to get work done months ago on a tiny spot between my two front teeth and ended up getting my tooth sanded to the point I had a huge gap between my two front teeth, something I was not warned about. When it was over the dentist tried to tell me I “already had a gap tooth” when I was shocked and upset when he gave me the mirror. I never had a gap tooth and have pictures to prove that, and it was just very strange and insulting to have a person tell you a lie to your face about your own face as if you haven’t seen it in the mirror every day of your life. He then tried to pressure me into invisaline (not the first time he did it either, when I causally asked about braces for a little crooked tooth on my bottom teeth).

I was already paying for all of this out of pocket and told him that I wasn’t financially ok with spending that kind of money (Which is what I had been telling him before as well the last visit. ) I told him I couldn’t go home like this and he gave me a composite bonding that was so poorly done that it broke within the month. Got it redone again and he didn’t smooth it at all so I went to a different dentist to get it smoothed since I could literally catch my fingernail on the protruding edges of the bonding. Just now this poor quality bond has chipped again despite my constant paranoia and carefulness with my mouth after the first time it broke. I am very upset that I was played for a fool and now have to worry so much about my mouth when I should have been adequately warned of what he was about to do to me.

I wish I never went here, my teeth would have never become such a source of paranoia and frustration for me. All the nurses and desk people are extremely sweet and nice though, no shade to them.
