This is my new Dentist and first procedure with him, so I was a bit stressed today. I arrived a few minutes early and all was running as scheduled. I was greeted by a very friendly Dental Assistant and she made me feel at ease. When Dr.

Ward came in he immediately made me laugh, and reminded me of my Dentist of many years who has retired. My procedure went very well and I have great results. I left the office with a good feeling about my new Dentist.

The office staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Ward listened to my concerns, gave me options and did not pressure me to go in any specific direction. Dr. Ward was personable, friendly and is very skilled.

He performed the procedure flawlessly and I am very happy with the results. The only constructive criticism I have is that the procedure's cost was not discussed before it began. I knew it would be expensive but had no idea of the cost until after it was completed.

Everyone there is always friendly! They have very open communication, meaning that they always tell you what they are about to do and make sure you are comfortable. I had the best cleaning because the hygienist was very thorough. She worked into her lunch break to make sure everything got done.

I wish I would have found this place earlier because the place I went to before was not as detailed and friendly.

Ward and the highly experienced hygienist, Kathy, explained each step, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My hygiene visit left my teeth feeling incredibly clean, and Kathy shared personalized tips I can actually stick to at home. What impressed me most was the transparent treatment-plan discussion. Dr. Ward walked me through my X-rays, outlined options, and timelines, and answered every question without rushing.

He showed great sympathy and flexibility to try to accommodate my urgent need to treat my teeth. I felt fully informed and confident about next steps. Given my poor teeth health due to my years carelessness, I'm really grateful I came across a highly experienced and trustworthy dental clinics. If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines professionalism, genuine care, and top-tier technology, I can’t recommend Fishers Dental Care highly enough. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit—something I never thought I’d say about the dentist!
