I have never had such amazing quality and genuine concern for my well being come from a dentist in my life. I just had my 12th tooth pulled Over the course of my 20 years and will definitely be returning to these guys for every issue I have in the future.

I went in last year for a cavity, turns out I was in need of a root canal. The Dentist and Hygienist were nice but when the Dentist performed the root canal some things went wrong. First the tip of a file broke and became stuck in the root canal. I understand these things happen. Fixari referred me to a Dr. Haidet, an Endodontist who was fantastic. They performed a second root canal and attempted to remove the file tip. They were unable to but cleaned it up and sent me back to Fixari where they seated a crown and sent me on my way.
The crown was uncomfortable, even after a couple adjustments. It seemed way too thin and was painful to touch. After a few months, I was eating a chicken sandwich and it broke. I went back in to Fixari and they assured me they would help me get it fixed. When they removed the rest of the crown The Dentist informed me that I had some bacteria growing in the site. I was referred to Dr. Haidet again for the third root canal on the same tooth. I then went back to Fixari to get the crown replaced.
This time it was much better and I have had it for 7 months or so. Through all of this, I was patient and understanding however, Billing contacted me a couple of days ago and told me that I had an unpaid balance from 7 months ago that they said my secondary insurance would not pay. At this point I'm done with them and will be finding a new dentist to deal with. I feel like I am being charged for service to repair what they screwed up. I am partially at fault because in hindsight I should have stopped doing business with them sooner but I trusted them when they said they would make it right.
