AMAZING!!! I had an extraction and I couldn't tell if they working on me or examining me. It was honestly the most pleasant dentist experience. Alex was giving very much Barbie and Dr. Bishop was very much giving Ken. They were so kind and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

If there is a definition of the worst dentist I have ever been to it's this one. I lived in WV for a short period of time, before moving back to PA so I thought I try a dentist in WV. While the office staff was pretty nice , the hygenist and dentist was horrible. But what can you expect for a state that has the worst healthcare in the country. The hygienist cared more about telling her life story then cleaning my teeth. She barely even cleaned them, they felt so disgusting when I left, not even clean or fresh.

When you go to the dentist that's how your teeth are expected to feel! Then to top it off, the dentist comes in. He was just as bad. . he was wearing ONE GLOVE and he didn't use tools or anything to check for cavities and things. He had the non gloved hand behind his back, felt around my mouth with his gloved hand real quick and said no cavities. .

your good and left. What in the world?! Awful! Then they have the nerve to call and ask if I want a check up. That's a heavy no. Never again!

The people who work there are rude and don't offer service to everyone. I called after having a botched root canal and them causing my face to blow up like a puffer fish. They literally told me on the phone that they do not work on back teeth and gave me another dentist number.

Like I had done something wrong and after extracting my front tooth it took a whole year for them to have the replacement made and available to me talk about feeling bad about yourself. A whole year with out your front tooth and they have the nerve To blacklist me?! WOW 😳
