I had a terrible experience with 2 other dental offices. When my insurance changed, I found Florissant Dental as in network. I can't say a bad thing about my experiences with this team.

They are great with reminders, checking in after procedures are complete, and overall, every employee greets you with a smile and a friendly greeting. I highly recommend this office. I am so glad I found them after 2 years of dental nightmares!

I was nervous about going to a new dentist because I had been going to another dentist for years. However, at my first appointment I was treated with some of the best customer service! They greeted me politely and professionally when I first walked through the door.

They made me feel important and wanted. All of the staff went above and beyond to attend to an urgent matter I had! I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen! They have a client for life now! THANK YOU FLORISSANT DENTAL FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!

I was referred to this office by a patient at the Florissant Dental Services. Today was my first visit. I was so impressed with the receptionist and the professionalism shown by the staff. The two ladies, Precious and Holly, were so very kind and careful with me while taking X-rays. As we walked through the office, I was impressed with the decorum. The dentist that examined my mouth was so professional, accommodating, and reassuring.

El, the lady who gives you your estimated cost for insurance and the patient's part, was respectful, accommodating, and dignified in her approach. Today was just a great day! I felt so comfortable while in the office and was so thankful to have found a dental office that can take care of my needs in a way that warms my heart. "Thank You" Florissant Dental Services for providing staff of this caliber😊! On my second visit to Florissant Dental Services, I met Dr. Olivia Hoskins, DMD. She is absolutely wonderful!!! I could feel her genuine care for me as a patient in how she spoke to me, examined my mouth, and always made sure I knew what was going on or what she was about to do. She treated me with the level of care and concern that I felt she treated me like I was a relative of hers.

Thank you Dr. Hoskins!!! (Your assistant was great too. Sooooooo thoughtful and accommodating. ) Sooooooo happy I followed up on the recommendation of a patient of yours to come and visit your office. Today I experienced why he highly and enthusiastically recommended you. Again, just another great day at Florissant Dental Services 😁😁😁!
