Great service, Apurvi handled my visit and she was very sweet and professional. Doctor Anita thoroughly checked my cavities, decays, etc had a great dental checkup with her. Highly recommended place for a dental visit.

I booked an appointment at this clinic through Opencare. When I arrived for my first visit, they asked if I had done a cleaning before, and I mentioned it was done last year. Right away, the receptionist asked me to provide an X-ray. I told them I didn’t have one, and they said they couldn’t proceed without it — and then canceled my appointment on the spot. I was honestly shocked. No other dental clinic has ever asked me for an X-ray just to do a cleaning, especially not in advance.

My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and I arrived early at 12:40PM. They canceled it by 12:50PM. I even requested just 5 minutes to try and send the X-ray or offered to get a new one done at the clinic itself, but they refused both options. What’s even more frustrating is that no one from the clinic contacted me ahead of time to ask for any X-ray or mention that it would be a requirement. If this was such a critical policy, I wish they had communicated that in advance — it could have saved me time and stress. I was only trying to get a cleaning done before moving out of the area, and this experience completely ruined my plan.

I ended up booking another appointment at a different clinic, and they didn’t ask for any X-rays or create any issues. To be honest, I’ve never left a bad review for any place until now. But this experience left me really frustrated and upset. I’m sorry if this offends anyone, but I need to be honest — I won’t be returning to this clinic.

Went in for a dental filling and had a pleasant experience! Dr. Anita did an excellent job. She was careful, and really good at what she does. Assistant Apurvi was super nice and made the whole visit feel comfortable and friendly. Great team, great care!
