Excellent Experience at Crossroads Dental! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Crossroads Dental today! Tamara, my dental hygienist, was fantastic. She not only did a thorough job with my cleaning but also made the process enjoyable. Her ability to keep up a nice conversation while making sure I was comfortable was much appreciated. I especially loved how she let me speak by removing the tool from my mouth (LOL).

After the cleaning, Dr. Patterson came in for a thorough checkup, and he was so friendly and professional. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I also want to give a shout-out to the woman at the front desk with the unique name (sorry, I didn’t catch it!) — she was so professional and helped me understand the insurance payments.

She guided me through the best coverage for today’s visit, making the whole process seamless. Overall, the staff at Crossroads Dental is absolutely amazing! I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I rarely write reviews but this place deserves one for sure. Huge shout out to the 2 front desk lady’s Ms. Emily and Ms. Spota they are 2 of the very best making sure my insurance covered what it was supposed to.

And another huge shout to Ms. Jessica she is very caring and careful, and she’s the best at what she does. Last one goes to the doctor who cleaned my teeth and repeatedly asked me if I was okay, and I genuinely appreciated that. I forget his name but he knows he’s great! Thank you staff at Flowers Crossroads Dental❤️

My dental hygienist for the day was great, she was a gem. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. Dr was quick and to the point, we like that lol overall great first experience! My cleaning is next week and I will update my review then!

Had an absolutely fantastic time at the dentist - who can say that?! The staff is incredibly nice, accommodating and happy to be there! They are all extremely knowledgeable, and their imaging technology is super fascinating! Caroline was meticulous and did a fantastic job with me. I left feeling confident in my dental care and am actually looking forward to coming back in 6 months!!
