He listens to your concerns and needs. He will do above and beyond to find and fix the problem. He is the exception to the rule that all dentist are scary,lol. Highly recommended

I’m not sure how to explain my experience I know my husband and I paid almost eleven thousand dollars for three implants and three porcelain veneers and I was told that I could pick out my own teeth if I had a picture of what I wanted them to look like so I searched for pics of beautiful teeth as my procedure was for front six teeth and I found the most beautiful teeth my husband and I absolutely loved well not only did they not use my pic they short changed me didn’t get proper temporaries and carved my temporaries out of a block of plastic that looked so terrible my husband and I were so upset and I was afraid to tell them because I still had more work to be done then a lady who worked there was having same procedure as me snd her temporaries looked amazing and then mine were not only painful they broke on one side then the other side then it was thankfully time for implants and veneers and I got those in except they never put veneers in snd I’m not really sure that I got implants I just know they were so long in front and sticks out that I look like a rabbit I’m so unhappy with everything I was lied to and I honestly feel my whole procedure and teeth couldn’t have cost no where near 1500. 00 but I’m paying almost 11,000. 00 for teeth my husband and I am so unhappy with I messaged them told them how we feel about the situation and being charged several thousand dollar for veneers that wasn’t put in but noone has called us back.

I guess I’ll have to go to a top notch oral surgeon in Lexington and have what they messed up fixed if that’s possible. I don’t recommend anyone getting anything like implants and or veneers done. I also think things would have turned out better for me if dr Mckinny did my work himself although he checked all work that was done on me and never spoke up.

Sad very sad. We’re so unhappy and terribly hurt because not only we’re we lied to and overcharged and done crappie they overcharged us so much and charged me for work like veneers 3 total and a temporary that I never got.

I am sooooo pleased with my new dental implants. I would recommend anyone with dentures or considering dentures make an appointment today!!!!! My bottom denture was impossible…. I suffered 3 years and dropped 30 pounds (no complaints). I couldn’t eat. My teeth wouldn’t hold still. I made an appointment withDr McKinney, after arriving I found out they didn’t take my insurance.

I was desperate. While I was in the dentist chair with my mouth open. . lol there was someone at my feet on a computer applying for financial assistance for my procedure. I qualified for interest free loan. God is sooo good! I’ve made several trips to get my new teeth and each one has been the most stress free, friendly environment you could ever dream! I’ve been a coward all my 65 years.

But, It was a pleasure each visit to be with his staff. My last visit was yesterday until next year…I made new friends plus I can eat!!!!! I can eat anything I want! I may get those 30 pounds back. If I do I’ll switch. Ack to the old dentures!!!! Thank you Dr McKinney and your beautiful staff!!!!!
