I don't know what demographic their positive reviews come from, but I hope all the reviews are based on genuine experiences! However, my actual experience with the treatment process was very vague. Since most customers in this field are not experts, they end up accepting all the "necessary" and "non-necessary" treatments. The worst part is the poor quality of the dental materials they use.

The surfaces of my repaired teeth feel rough, like licking plaster. I won't continue to choose this place for treatment.

Giving one star due to ethic and integrity issue. Trick/lie to patients by not going through insurance process. This practice lied to me that insurance will not cover the crown fixes. I agreed to pay(200$+) the day of procedure with the good intentions of giving trust to another human being, but I asked/emphasized to them that I want them to still report and go through normal insurance coverage process. They didn’t do so until I asked again/again and it turns out insurance company accepted the claim and I only need to pay about 50$.

When I confronted them, the explanation now changed to we don’t accept insurance for “some” procedures instead of “insurance not going to cover”. They do end up return the money above the out of pocket cost on insurance statement. I don’t have problems with solution but I do have problems with their integrity. Lots of patients coming to this practice are immigrants, they come because they trust the doctors who are also immigrants. It’s really unfortunate that this practice would sacrifice integrity for profit.

Chinese have a word called “医者仁心”. I don’t write review often but I feel obligated to write this review because my grandfather who was also a doctor but who always put integrity above $$. It’s such a shame for doctors to trick patients and sacrifice integrity for just 200$.

Dr. Ding is awsome as well as Dr. Cheng. A lovely couple of dentists help all people tjey could. Warm clinic, kind word and treat, super skill and tech. You won't go other place after first come. Both me and my wife and many of our friends are stick to them.
