If you have been ripped off before with an outrageous bill from other clinics or been served with costs that you didn't expect at all...time to look for another one. Forbes Dental will bill your insurance without overspending. They value their clients so much.

I owe this dental practice more than I can put into words in a review. I took a brutal elbow to the mouth playing basketball tonight which caused my lower lip to burst and two of my lower front teeth to become loose. I frantically called multiple clinics in the area and only got voicemails or closed messages. I was panicking, but then I received an immediate call back from the front desk saying the doctor was just on his way out. I asked if I could speak with a hygienist as I had no idea what to do and was told they would see if the doctor was available. I was about 10 minutes away from the clinic and raced over. Upon my arrival, Dr.

Wood was made aware of the situation and stayed an hour late to calm me down, examine me, complete x-rays, and re-attach my lower metal retainer which was knocked loose. Dr. Wood also completed a brief concussion assessment and acted with genuine care for my situation. Within 45 minutes Dr. Wood was able to tend to my injury, provide me with next steps, and answered all of my questions. I left the clinic feeling confident and lucky. I am so grateful for the work of Dr.

James and his staff as my case was unique and typically outside of the scope of their normal operations but they saw to me as if I was any other client and made me feel at ease. This was a one-off walk in so the clinic had no information on my prior dental history but still treated me like a long term client. I was happy to book my follow up with them to make sure there were no serious damages to my teeth. If I could rate them 10/5 I would in a heartbeat. Thank you again!
