Nice demeanor but can be a little shady when it comes to expensive quotes. He does not work very well in dealing with your dental insurance company after the initial quote You dont know whats covered.
You should have the option to find out what is out of pocket. Instead all work is completed then insurance is contacted so you dont have a leg to stand on because all the work is down without knowing whats covered and paid for

The person who left a one star review clearly doesn't know how medical billing works everything is handled on the back end. They can give you estimates but in the end it's your plan that is setting the price. This dental office is amazing. The staff are all friendly they are punctual and understanding. They do amazing work. Dr hecht works efficiently, lets you know what he is doing and how it will feel, and gives one of the best novocaine shots I've ever had.
I couldn't feel a thing while he was giving the shot. They are extremely patient and want you to have a comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this office. At every appointment I've had so far, I havent had to wait more than 5 minutes to get set up and the work underway.

I have been going to forked River family dental for many years. I have always left there so happy and everyone was very sweet. Today I had an awful experience with their receptionist that is very rude and clearly doesn’t know how to speak professionally. I unfortunately have a crazy busy schedule and couldn’t make my appointment again.
She was not caring and understanding what so ever. Just really nasty. So unfortunately they lost two patients because of her.
